Drama Queen of the Week

I'm looking for input for my new podcast show. I want to have it playing on a consistent time of the week, say late morning/early afternoon on Saturdays. I also want a bit we can use fairly consistently. For years, Mike and Mike had the Just Shut Up Award which and Dan Patrick has the bell for callers as they "weigh in" on a particular subject.

One of the things I'm considering is having the "Drama Queen of the Week Award". It might be a little similar to the Just shut Up award but with a tad more sarcasm. As time moves on, we could have the Drama Queen of the Month and so on.

Brett Favre would take the cake if I was to hand out the award for the summer. His indecisiveness about whether or not to play, then claiming his daughter told him to win another Super Bowl puts Favre in first place by a landslide. Recently, you could say he'd be matched up by Jay Cutler and Brandon Marshall.

The honorable award would be open for any sport and wouldn't be limited to just players. It'd be for coaches, owners and possibly even fans. Just depends on where the drama comes from that particular week. It wouldn't just be on the podcast either. I'd blog about it here and put a poll up, allowing all three of my readers to vote for who they believe should walk away with the award.

I'm definitely open for other suggestions though. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I'm just trying to make this blog and podcast the best I can and that's not happening without input from the people who read and listen. Man, talking like that, I'm about to give myself the Drama Queen of the Week Award.
