So what are you going as for Halloween? Bill Clinton is urging Hillary to go as something. He admits almost anything would be less scary. it might be a tossup between her and Al Davis. Speaking of owners out of control, we all know Jerry Jones is going to eventually make Jason Garrett the next head coach, but it's just a matter of when. The Cowboys need some sort of change, but who can bring the true change that we need? Speaking of coaching changes, Mike Nolan will be on the list of head coaching candidates next year after being replaced by Mike Singletary. Niner fans are hoping he suits up to for them. Sure he's been gone for a long time, but I have no doubt he could still do the Super Bowl shuffle.

The Phillies have gone up 3-1 on the Rays who better pray for a miracle. The NBA is right around the corner but nobody will watch until well after football season is over. Texas is still No. 1 as are the Titans in football who are set to face the disappointing Colts. What is up with the Colts? That horseshoe on their helmet hasn't brought such great luck recently. Eli is playing a step or two above his brother.

While on the topic of quarterbacks. Not only in Peyton cold right now but we all know Brady's out for the year and Romo's pinky is keeping him sidlined and Brett is a Jet. There's a strike for the top four quarterbacks at the beginning of the year. Carson Palmer was up there but he's now out there. The other team in Ohio has an odd quarterback situation as well with Derek Anderson and Brady Quinn. Marc Bulger has done nothing until recently and Philip Rivers is one a team that you can argue is the most disappointing team in the league. It's easy to make that argument for the Cowboys who escaped the Bucs with a win. Cowboy fans can breathe a sigh of relief but not celebrate. We got the Giants ahead of us next.
